InArtsNW
InArtsNW (also known as “The In”) was a community of about thirty artists living collectively at the top of Seattle’s Capitol Hill. The residents represented a wide range of disciplines, including visual art, music, theater, and performance.
As a multimedia live/work space, The In fostered an independent local arts culture — providing both a home and a platform for creative collaboration and experimentation.
These 360° VR panoramic portraits of the residents were created in April 2012. The In has since closed, making this project a lasting visual record of the community during its final years.
